Welcome to The Cardboard Gallery ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing event tickets, registering for vendor tables, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Who We Are
The Cardboard Gallery operates sports card, TCG, and trading card show events in San Jose, CA. Our website provides event details, ticket purchasing options, vendor table registrations, and contact inquiry forms for trade night participants, attendees, vendors, and sponsors.
Ticketing & Admission
All tickets purchased for events hosted by The Cardboard Gallery are managed through our authorized ticketing partners (e.g., Eventbrite) or directly through our site. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless an event is officially canceled by us. Children under 12 receive free general admission when accompanied by a paying adult ticket-holder.
Vendor Tables & Exhibitors
Vendor table bookings secure allocated show floor space for designated event dates. Vendors must comply with all venue rules at The Cardboard Gallery hosted shows, local San Jose ordinances, and California State sales tax regulations. Vendor table fees are non-refundable unless specified in writing by event organizers.
Code of Conduct & Safety
We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment for all collectors. We reserve the right, without refund, to refuse admission or eject any individual displaying disruptive behavior, harassment, theft, counterfeiting, or failure to follow venue safety guidelines.
Property & Personal Risk
While on-site security measures are present, attendees and vendors are solely responsible for their personal property, cards, inventory, and valuables. The Cardboard Gallery and venue management assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items during trade nights or conventions.
Photography & Media Authorization
By attending our events, you grant permission to The Cardboard Gallery to record, photograph, and film your image or likeness for event coverage, social media promotion (@thecardboardgalleryshow), and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cardboard Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or attendance at our events.
